Abandoned buildings and people do not move for them?
Tell me about it. The buildings are away from the trade center? They belong to the state?
They serve for some activity? Maybe I am asking the wrong way ... following the problems of Brazil. Here they were invaded by homeless people.
No ofense to compare the two countries, is not it?
